Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the operator of the FUSE Fantasy Unified Scoring Engine website and related tools (collectively, “FUSE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using FUSE, creating an account, linking a league, submitting a roster, or paying for any feature, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FUSE.

FUSE is an informational and entertainment product. It blends third-party fantasy rankings, projections, news, and your league settings so you can compare players. FUSE is not a fantasy league host, sportsbook, financial advisor, or professional consultant. Nothing on FUSE is advice to start, sit, trade, draft, wager, or otherwise act in any league or contest.

FUSE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, NFL Properties, the NFLPA, ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, CBS Sports, RTSports, Fantrax, MyFantasyLeague, Fleaflicker, or any other league host, team, or data provider. All third-party names and logos are the property of their owners and are used only to identify services you may already use.

Rankings, Fuse scores, projected points, start/sit calls, trade flags, injury tags, bye weeks, news, and any “desk” mix are estimates compiled from incomplete, delayed, or conflicting sources. Sports outcomes are uncertain. Models are wrong. Injuries change. Lineups change. Scoring rules differ. You use every number and recommendation at your sole risk.

We do not warrant that any projection will match actual scoring, that any player will play, or that following FUSE will improve your standing, win a league, or avoid a loss. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if older) to use FUSE. You represent that you have legal capacity to enter these Terms and that your use is lawful where you live. FUSE is offered from the United States. We do not warrant that it is appropriate or available elsewhere.

Some features let you paste a roster, upload a screenshot, or sign in to a third-party host (including Sleeper, ESPN, RTSports, CBS, MFL, Fantrax, and Fleaflicker) so FUSE can read a league. If you submit a username, password, cookie, secret ID, or other credential, you authorize us to use it solely to retrieve league data on your behalf for that request. We do not promise to store, encrypt, or retain those credentials. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for complying with that host’s own terms. Providing credentials to a third-party tool can violate a host’s rules or expose your account; you assume that risk.

FUSE is read-only with respect to league hosts. We do not set lineups, file claims, or execute trades on any host. A failed, partial, or stale import is not a breach by us.

FUSE may be offered free, in beta, or as a paid product. Fees, if any, are as stated at checkout. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices, suspend beta access, or discontinue features at any time. A paid plan does not guarantee accuracy, uptime, or any sporting result. Chargebacks initiated in bad faith are a breach of these Terms.

You will not: scrape, copy, or resell FUSE data in bulk; reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law; attempt to access another user’s account or league; upload malware; use FUSE to operate a gambling business; or use the service in any way that is illegal, infringing, or abusive. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, with or without notice.

FUSE, the FUSE name and marks, the site design, and the compilation of rankings are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use FUSE for your personal, non-commercial fantasy football decisions. You may not copy the product, clone the board for a competing service, or remove proprietary notices. Player names, photos, and team marks belong to the NFL, clubs, and players — not to FUSE.

Expert ranks, news blurbs, headshots, and host-league data come from third parties. We do not control those sources and are not responsible for their accuracy, delay, removal, or terms. Links to other sites are provided for convenience only.

FUSE is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that FUSE will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, that defects will be corrected, or that the service, rankings, or data will meet your expectations. You use FUSE at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, licensors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost winnings, lost league prizes, lost data, lost goodwill, or cost of substitute services, arising out of or related to FUSE or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to FUSE or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for FUSE in the twelve months before the claim or (b) USD $50. If you have paid nothing, our liability is USD $0 to the fullest extent the law allows.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted. You acknowledge that FUSE would not be offered on these terms without this limitation, and that it is a reasonable allocation of risk for an entertainment rankings tool.

You release us from any claim arising out of your fantasy lineups, trades, drafts, wagers, or reliance on FUSE. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FUSE and its operators, officers, and contractors from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of FUSE, your credentials, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right or league-host rule.

FUSE does not accept wagers and does not pay prizes for NFL outcomes. If you use FUSE in connection with any contest, daily fantasy, or betting activity, you do so solely under that operator’s rules and the laws of your jurisdiction. We may change these Terms, the board, data sources, or the service at any time. Continued use after a change is acceptance. We may suspend or stop FUSE without liability, including during beta. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 3, 5, 8–13, 15, and 16) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration. Any dispute arising out of FUSE or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and we waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. If a court finds the class waiver unenforceable, that claim must proceed in court, not arbitration. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing written notice within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about FUSE and supersede prior discussions. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them. Headings are for convenience only. No third-party beneficiaries except as stated in the limitation and indemnity sections.
